    Davenport House

    In late 2019 we started exploring options near Canary Wharf for new office premises. We were seeking improved facilities, better configuration, cost savings and a real ‘service’ which was missing at our previous building.

    We agreed terms in late November, and working with Anna and her team managed to complete what was a quick move before year-end. The negotiations were professional, responsive, and reasonable, and our requirements fully accommodated.

    We very pleasantly surprised that there were no hitches, everything worked well prior to the commencement date and all items we had requested completed ahead of time. Our initial impressions were extremely positive, and certainly a big improvement on our previous facility.

    Covid-19 impacted us all in early 2020, so we only had a few months in ‘normal’ operation. During the year, we were kept fully informed regarding CV-19 safety measures, opening, and the building was cleaned to a high standard, giving us the assurance that we could return as needed. Late in 2020 we decided to reconfigure our footprint for post CV-19 requirements and again Anna and the team agreed and undertook the changes swiftly and professionally.

    We would have no hesitation in recommending the Serviced Office team to prospective tenants. The team know us and greet us by name, are very professional, and we feel looked after. The quality of the facilities is high, as are safety standards and security. The working environment is quiet, and to date we’ve experienced no problems with technology connectivity.

    I recently contacted SOC at short notice to see if they had a large meeting room available all day.  Within no time at all Amy had booked a room and all requirements for the meeting were taken care of, i.e. refreshments equipment, car parking. The room was perfect for what was needed, there were refreshments available all day and people on hand to help with any issues that might have arisen.
